If Martha Stewart got 5 years for

doctoring one diary entry how is it that others (who shall remain unnamed) have been wandering around freely?
I need some one to explain this for me, please.
Both fairly wealthy people, each well known, I just don't get it?

prison.

Trump will have his day in court soon.

That is the difference. Trump has not yet gone to trial. But that is coming.

P.S Stewart didn’t do 5 years. She did 5 months in prison, and another 5 months in home confinement.

If that was going to happen it would have. You and I and Martha, yes. Trump? No. Definitely not by Garland. That ship is a ghost out on uncharted waters, a chimera, an artifact of our imagination and desire, but not corporeal.

She claims she sold stock based on a previous stop loss order which didn’t exist. Instead she sold based on inside information. She was sentenced to five MONTHS in prison, five months of home confinement, two years of supervised release, and a $30,000 fine.
