I am a simple computer user and am not all over the place. I have no idea how they were able to contact me. I sent nasty notes to both. McCarthy replied that they would take me off their list. Nothing from the former disaster of a president. I replied to take me off the list...nothing in reply. I will continue to be nasty if I get any more messages from these 2 jerks!

3. It figures that TFG's email wouldn't have an unsubscribe option.

Unfortunately, political emails aren't required by the CAN-SPAM act to have that option - it applies only to advertising emails. Most political campaigns recognize that spamming emails are unproductive and do include it voluntarily, but of course TFG's wouldn't. If your email program has a spam feature that will screen that stuff out, that's about all you can do.
