Hope he will... But with no eye witnesses and no DNA... Will be hard? Even tho we are 99.9% sure he did exactly what she said. Maybe only hope is that she told two friends?

It's a civil trial which has a lower bar. Trump not testifying will be the nail in his coffin.

Joyce Vance said it best, the only thing left for the jury to decide is how much?

I can't wait to tell my Magat friends they are voting for a rapist.

to the jury that (A) Trump refused to give a DNA sample, which, if he were innocent, would exonerate him,* and (B) he refused to appear at the trial.

*That's because Carroll saved the dress it happened in, which has Trump's DNA. He's terrified of them finding a match between his sample and the dress.

trump has had the DNA report all along. And he refused to give his DNA sample.

Not sure of timing, but he asked for addendum to DNA report? Court said no?

Then he flipped and said he would submit DNA?

But now all DNA references out. So don't think jury will know he refused.

Just musing here... But why would you ask for the addendum? I would guess it's because the report said there was DNA on dress and he freaked? But then thought... Maybe the addendum says not very good sample?

I think it sends the wrong message, this is about E. Jean Carroll getting her life back.
