The whole "dark lip liner around clear gloss" thing is a City Girl look...I'm not real fond of it but it's popular so...well, why not?

It's the eyes I'm really not crazy about. Smokey eyes are the standard wedding makeup and they're fine if you're going to a club, but they're way too heavy as a day look. Couple them with the "I'm involved with a Trump" expression that she has, and it's just too much.
