Regardless of facts or evidence, Trump supporters will never see any indictments as legitimate.

But, that's not the problem of the rest of America. The justice system belongs to all Americans and, as we have always been taught, no one is above the law.

If the Trump supporters refuse to recognize the facts or the evidence in a trial, then that is their problem. As Attorney General Garland has stated, the Justice Dept will do its job without "fear or favor". No one gets a break because they loudly threaten our system or because they refuse to believe the evidence in front of them.

Mr Trump should be treated, as any other citizen would be treated, if they were charged with the same crimes. Politics, or political Parties, should have no bearing whatsoever. And it doesn't matter how much he is loved or blindly worshiped by his followers. That will not, and should not, change the facts or evidence.

If and when a trial happens, Mr Trump should be seen by all Americans as just a common citizen, who is innocent until proven guilty by a jury of his peers.
