(4,741 posts)Don't know the difference between civil and criminal law, and seriously believe that someone can be forced onto a sex offender registry anywhere over a CIVIL proceeding.
Only people convicted of a sex CRIME go on that registry.
Not people who lose a CIVIL suit.
Sheesh, do the bloody maths.
