A sex offender is a person who has been convicted of certain sex crimes, such as sexual assault or sexual conduct with a minor. Because of the seriousness of sex offenses, a number of factors come into play when it comes to sentencing and penalties for sex offenders at both the state and federal levels.

This kind of confusion is why some of us have been pushing back against claims he was convicted or found guilty. It's not just semantics. Conviction/guilt are criminal concepts. He was not charged by the state with a crime.

His victim alleged - in a civil suit - that he battered her by means of rape and sexual abuse. The jury agreed, and gave her money to make her whole again.

Seriously.

Sex offenders are those convicted of a sex crime via the CRIMINAL justice system.

This was CIVIL case. They don't have guilty/not guilty verdicts but findings about whether someone is liable or not. They result in awards for damages, not some kind of legal punishment like probation, jail or sex offender status.

What part of that did you ignore, or didn't bother to look at in the first place?

Do keep up.

He is IN FACT a sexual predator.
This FACT established in court by the unanimous verdict of nine jurors.
(Also blatantly by his "you can grab 'em by the pussy" tape.)
Yes, it was a civil case, not a criminal case.
But the guilt is still there.

AND ,he is .the front runner for the Republican nomination for their presidential candidate.

when this was a civil case and not a criminal one? Does no one look to see that this has been asked and answered numerous times since the verdict?
