Why has nobody ever pointed out that TFG never sued Ms. Carrol for defamation?

He's the guy that promised stronger libel laws (my favorite irony re: this case). Remember he was going to sue all the liars who said bad things about him. Why didn't he sue her? We all know why, but why didn't anyone ever even ask the question? Why didn't anyone ask TFG? The fact that he didn't sue her speaks of his unwillingness to testify about it and is itself strong evidence of his guilt.

He was obviously the most public of figures. People could (and probably did) accuse him of cooking and eating small children and he couldn’t sue.
