Law.

Social media and the internet don’t want you to know any of that…removing privacy is their profit margin. Removing privacy by government is their control.
Get it back, demand privacy back from them all!

It's time for these zealots to respect the right to privacy that is expressly written in the Florida Constitution, Article 1, Section 23, and as the voters of Florida have reaffirmed at the ballot box that it does indeed protect access to abortion care.

Democratic. The convention had a cross section of the population with large numbers of women making policy.The resulting document is very progressive. The legislature has been trying, emphasize trying, to bully the supreme court for the last several sessions with no success. In the midterms the citizens reelected incumbent judges. This court has no intention of cutting the legislature any slack. I predict further similar decisions.

if they're any thing like Idaho's statehouse (not quite, I think), it'll just be a reason to dig in and double down.

Is there something in the One Federal Constitution, supreme over the 50, that could be inferred or interpreted to be a powerhouse privacy thing?
