Sam Brinton, ex- nuclear energy exec, in news again. arrested, held without bond

suitcase theft from third airport identified. I think they probably stole from many airports and as women come forward and cops review the camera footage, they'll pop up over and over again.

unfortunately. he was ground breaking non binary pick for the job.

rightwingers are having a field day, of course. using him as example of Biden administration failure to vet.

Are they still in jail? Surely they can't keep you in jail for suitcase theft? BlackSkimmer May 2023 #5
he wasn't jailed for the first two. This third discovered theft, the judge hadn't set bond yet BlueWaveNeverEnd May 2023 #6

What an odd thing to do...

I've no doubt this kind of thing does happen, but I had no idea someone would actually make a habit of stealing suitcases.

Did they look for designer suitcases? Did they care? Was the thrill in opening up something not knowing the contents? Did they only steal women's suitcases?

At any rate, I hope they are getting help.

people have stolen suitcases from the airport but for monetary gain. Sam was definitely getting some kind of thrill. He wore the items from one of the suitcases.
