What's the difference 'tween Comer, Durham, & the expulsion of vets from hotels for migrants?

They were all bombshells of the last two weeks.

Fox "News" hyperventilated over all three. (Hours and hours of outrage!)

All three were busts.
1. Comer lost his Hunter informant.
2. Durham's report was as empty as MTG's brain.
3. The story of the homeless vets being removed from hotels for migrants was a lie.

Two of the three are still being lied about on Fox and other RW sources.
1. Comer's informant was "got to" by the deep state.
2. Durham's report is "devastating," "mind-blowing" and "outrageous."

Here's the difference: Pete Hegseth admitted on Fox & Friends, weekend edition, that the story of vets being turned out so migrants could have their rooms was a lie.

Hegseth spent almost 15 seconds reading a retraction of the vet story. (After hours of outrage concerning the story over the past two weeks.)

(And he probably only did so because the woman who started the story and The New York Post who reported it finally admitted it was all made up.)

Will they ever learn? The above gives me no hope.

And, since when do they care so much about veterans, anyway? I thought they were all in on cutting veterans’ benefits and services.

2. It's no lie that my seriously disabled FB friend on SSI

for a serious and progressive physical disease and an unsuccessful surgery that was supposed to improve her health first lost her companion golden, then she lost her affordable housing when her stable rental was sold to a new owner, she was then injured in a car accident, and her replacement vehicle in which she lived became trashed when a tree fell on it in one of those flooding storms, and later still when she lost a 6-month emergency housing voucher in Sacremento, CA. for such a "unit" (an older type motel room) and was forced into inadequate, unsafe, unhealthy familial care she calls abusive. Now she'll be in the hospital many weeks recovering from a CSF leak and multiple pulmonary infections (not CoVid) that also led to pulmonary and metabolic issues after being stressed out to the max, and out on the streets nearly 20 of every 24 hours. Please note, it's been difficult for her to get proper care, nutrition, and rest that would keep her condition and health at least stable in her current situation. She found far better housing for her only new furbaby companion, a adopted healthy little Yorkie, with a friend. She's always presented with a grateful and positive attitude about returning to as productive life as she is able. She says no employer would be willing to accommodate her disabilities, so I'm really hoping for her recovery, her discharge, and a reunion with her little furbaby.
