Is the DNC funding TV/radio ads highlighting how the GOP is holding the economy hostage?

especially. regarding the debt ceiling, and how the Republicans have a shotgun pointed directly at Social Security and Medicare/Medicaid benefits? I haven't seen/heard any.

Why isn't this happening?

Is there one status quo apologist out there willing to come up with at least one bullshit rationale why this is not happening?

Maybe the person from Brooklyn?

Judging from how these same bullshit criticisms went during the midterms, the next step will be someone asking, "but why are they only doing it now?" to which the response will be posting additional examples from further back.

for about a week. The thought of calling Jen Kiggans though, is a non-starter.

You could always contact the DNC to make the suggestion, rather than flinging mud at them here. Also: Since you're the one wanting it done so badly, then you'll also offer to help pay for these ads...right?

TV and radio stations don't run ads out of the kindness of their hearts, you know.

faucet. Why don't they simply turn on the faucet and generously fund every Democratic candidate in the United States? Pay for ads blanketing the airwaves all over the country? It's easy! Yet they refuse... Conspiracy!

Why ask the question the way you are asking it? You're not looking for an answer, you're just looking for a fight. With your allies.

What is the point of that?

(Of course I see that many of your allies are perfectly willing to pick up the mantle and have the pointless fight with you, but that's another story.)

...than seeing such ads anyway, but guess what? You shouldn't be seeing such ads to begin with. Do you know why?

In today's era of micro-targeting ads to certain demographics, if Democrats are wasting money showing you, a good and loyal Democrat -- that is what you are, aren't you? Yes? Right? -- such ads, it is a waste because you are a good and loyal Democrat that will be voting for Democratic candidates regardless -- Yes? Right? -- and that is money that could have instead been spent targeting more influenceable and moveable voters.

So, rest assured my Democratic friend and ally -- Yes? Right? -- that if YOU in particular aren't seeing such ads, that's a good thing, not a bad thing.

...and most people won't be paying attention to the Presidential election for nine months.

And that the DNC isn't responsible for ads in support of House or Senate candidates.

That said, I'll be seeing Jaime Harrison on Wednesday, and I'll be sure to pass along your concern.
