It's about where the federal workers are, industry dependent on the federal government, fallout of lost jobs and missing paychecks. Worst case projections. GA has a county with over 100 aerospace firms, for instance.

There's no map for how the 20% or so of Floridians receiving SocSec/Medicare might be affected in a worst case. Disney and the almost half million private-sector incomes it generates would no doubt keep on trucking if a lot of people had unexpected vacation time available.
