He is far behind.... His big hope is that Drumph will be convicted and sent to prison for one of his many crimes---

but by all accounts, this is unlikely to happen before the GQP Presidential nomination has been decided
(since it takes forever to adjudicate the 'big cases', let alone to schedule them....)
