5. It wasn't solely because a Jew ran it

Fascistic societies place a high premium on "traditional" masculinity, so any transgender clinic would have run afoul of their worship of hypermasculinity, no matter who was in charge of it. The Nazis got to it maybe sooner than they would have if someone not Jewish was heading it, but have no doubt whatsoever that they would have gone after it in the exact same way, and a lot sooner rather than later.

It's not like the Nazis didn't put homosexuals into concentration camps right alongside Jews--no matter what religion an individual homosexual might be, you know.

Jews did get the lion's share of persecution under the Nazis, but that's because their numbers were greater than the other persecuted groups, so it was impossible to miss what was going on. We don't have any information about the percentages of other groups that the Nazis persecuted, like atheists, homosexuals/transgender, Romany and political opponents. Guesses, but no real numbers. What we do know is that Hitler went after atheistic Communists before he turned his attention to Jews. Nobody cares about any those atheists, though, because atheists are held in even lower esteem than Jews.
