But, the rest of it is fine. It's a basic design made .with interesting material. She needs better undergarments, however. Although, it looks like she may have had the same "kidney" surgery her step-mother got. Uneven in both size and position...

I don't think the unevenness is from the surgery, but from how she's posed, with her arm around the Ken doll's waist while the other is loose by her side. If you scrunch up one side when you have big boobs, it tends to make it look bigger than the other. Plus the cape covering the other side adds to that illusion of a smaller size.

I was thinking she's lost some acreage in the Bristols frontier. The rack doesn't look as trashy as it did in her white house years. Could be reduction, but more likely she stopped breastfeeding that kid she had in 2016. Sometimes it takes a while after that for the boobies to return to a more normal size.

The Bristols are grotesque in that photo.

considering how much she loves fashion and was a model (a real fashion model -- somewhere along the line women with big boobs were described as models, but that's impossible! -- until I realized there was such a thing as a "bikini model" wherein you don't have to fit into clothing so it's different from traditional fashion modeling).

The big fake boobs didn't appear until after Ivanka got married, as far as I can tell, and since then her clothes often look like they don't fit, fabric stretched and buttons straining. Why she doesn't just get things custom made I don't know.
