In the beginning of the crime spree, Trump tried to negotiate with the National Archives.

I heard it mentioned on one of the MeidasWatch You Tubes this morning.

Trump had absconded with National Defense documents and other sensitive documents and wanted to negotiate with the Archives.

According to the attorney on MeidasWatch, Popov, he offered to turn over all the documents to the Archives if they would give him all the documents and information they had on the Russia investigation?

I thought, what a strange request!

Why was he so interested in the Russia investigation and what information they might have had on Russia?

I do seem to recall that story from a couple of years back.

If he can get the names of the informants, they'll start falling out of windows in Moscow.
