Huntsman: We need more heroes.

Interviewed this morning on Morning Joe former Governor and Ambassador John Huntsman was bemoaning the "loss" of a hero in the Petraeus affair and scandal. "This country is in need of more heroes."

I always thought Huntsman was supposed to be one of the 'sane' Republicans but he is just as myopic as the rest. He can't see beyond the Repuke Party where there sure is a lack of heroes. But the country?

There are plenty of heroes. President Obama and Vice President Biden are heroes, First Lady Michelle is a hero, Sen.elect Elizabeth Warren of Mass. is a hero, newly elected to the Senate and House women like Tammy Baldwin and Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii are heroes.

Once a Repuke always a Repuke.

It is easier to be a hero if no one looks too closely, most people are people, and the real heroes are rarely celebrated.
