When Hillary's defenders pointed out that there was no evidence that anyone had hacked into her server (to get the tiny amount of unlabeled, retroactively low-level-classified information buried amongst the hundreds of thousands of unclassified emails), republicans insisted that was evidence the Russians hacked it, because that's exactly what you'd expect to find if those evil geniuses did it, they're just that good.
