Will this indictment push the right wing insanity over the edge?

DeSantis is already accusing the government of being weaponize against Republicans.
He knows the truth but will use this to squeeze every bit of righteous fury out of his electorate.
Republicans will believe it, because they want to believe it, and make this their call to war.
Where does it go from here?

One wonders which of Trump's opponents points out the obvious that he's probably incredibly guilty of this and many other crimes. There is a market for a non-criminal candidate. But is there enough ?

Then there's the true lunacy they've been embracing since November 2020 with their full throated support of such in their denial of the insurrection on January 6th, 2021.

If you're speaking to their becoming more violent, I doubt it. When Trump was indicted before he couldn't even get his faithful out to fight for him in the streets where he was previously popular. Even though he begged them to stand up for him.

Apparently it's not as nifty to break federal law for him as it was back in January 6, 2021 when all his minions (many of which are now serving time, waiting for their court dates and/or flipped and made deals) thought he was going to magically become president somehow and they'd be his new best buddies and have major clout and power in his magical administration.

Freaking idiots are apparently even teachable. Who knew?

is a good one. What will they do in retaliation, because there will certainly be retaliation? There is a small group of them whose identities are so caught up in this that they can't help themselves. They have to double down or admit they were wrong, and like their little-fingered god, they can't do that.

We can only wait and watch. I hope whatever it is gets them all arrested. Because they're getting to that point where one-upping their last stunt has to get them into illegal territory.

If they cared even one bit about their country, they'd be saying things like, "Let the facts come out in court", or, "We are a nation of laws, there is a process we must respect." Them claiming Biden had anything to do with this is an attempt to weaken our democracy.

But for the public, there's going to be a preponderance build up here. First it was NY, now FL, next GA, and then DC. And I think there will be more charges in NY, and WI and maybe other states are looking at the fake electors scheme still. 4 or 5 venues will make the whining by the GOP seem sillier and sillier.
