Some other good news overlooked with all of today's excitement
The Senate Judiciary Committee advanced two more Biden nominees, one for the Ninth Circuit and one for the Fifth Circuit. The Ninth Circuit nominee squeaked by with an 11-10 vote (with Feinstein providing one of the 11 votes).
Hopefully, Schumer will bring these nominees before the full Senate in short order.
In addition, on Tuesday, the Committee held hearings on four more Biden judicial nominees, which sets the stage for the full Committee to consider them in a few weeks.
