Do you think there's any reason to exhume Ivana Trump's casket?

She died July 14, 2022 and was buried July 20th. I don't know if he still had documents at that time. I wouldn't put it past him to stuff evidence in with her. Remember, it was rumored that she was cremated, so no need for a casket with 10 pallbearers.

I'm not usually a conspiracy theorist, but I'm allowing myself some fun today.

But you're right. Her ashes deserve to be left in peace.

I'm still puzzled over how he got the right to claim her body and decide where to bury her ashes. He's had two different wives since Ivanna. Only thing I can figure is that her children went along with anything Trump wanted.

Queen Elizabeth II was interred. Cremated ashes are a one person carry.

A lead lined casket is X-ray proof. He could easily hide the best/worst of the documents in there and wait until it all "blows over." At least, that is what he may have thought. Being buried on his own property, he could go in after dark and take out whatever he wanted.

Ivana Trump was cremated after death. A really top-of-line urn is about a foot square x 9" deep and, with cremains in it, weighs less than 20 pounds. Just the cremains weigh between six and eight pounds - let's split it in two and say seven. If Trump was super fired up about not having her cremains biodegrade putting them in a plastic liner and gluing on the lid with silicone would solve the problem nicely.

Ivana's cremains were buried in a full-size casket that took ten men to move. There is no way Trump would have put seven pounds of ashes in a lead-lined casket...for one thing, those are ultra expensive and he is the archetype for cheap bastard-dom...so there was SOMETHING in the box with her - and the current DU theory is he set up her coffin as a dead drop.

Beyond the tax breaks associated with owning a cemetery in NJ, there are some other benefits, especially if you've planted a loved one (or former loved one) there.

1) you can dig there any time, day or night, and there's nobody to stop you, no explanations necessary.
2) if ever the authorities get an exhumation warrant...who do they serve it on? You. And you can fight it for years. And while you're fighting it...well, see point one.

It's like having a safe deposit box you can access any time 24/7, never have to sign in/out and never worry about someone else showing up to the bank with a surprise warrant that the bank complies with.

So...is there anything there ? Who the hell knows...personally, I doubt it. But...what makes it a good conspiracy theory is that it's a damn good plan. If (big IF) it turns out to be true, I'll bet there's a lot of mob bosses in jail who say "damn, I wish I thought of that".

Would I give Trump credit for thinking something like this up? Nope. But do I think Roy Cohn was smarmy enough (and smart enough) to think something like this up? Absolutely - and he was a Trump Whisperer for decades.

his airplane would be a good spot. Parked at an airport it's probably more secure than any of his residences. And if he wants to make a quick run for it, it's already loaded with the documents, which are money wherever he goes to.

Then on the other hand, I doubt he's smart enough to think all that through. (See photo of documents stored in a fucking bathroom)

He thinks and acts like a mob boss, according to more people than Jim Comey. IIRC, there’s mob boss legend that caskets can hold two bodies when one of them needs to discreetly disappear.

And my golly, once Ivana was cremated after so conveniently dying, it must have been a no-brainer to think of all the space available if they put her urn into a big casket.

https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/ivana-trump-cremated/

On Sept. 20, 2022, the word "cremated" began to trend on Twitter with an unfounded rumor about the death of Ivana Trump, former U.S. President Donald Trump's first ex-wife.

She died on July 14 and was buried six days later at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey. According to The New York Times, the ground at the golf club was "consecrated so Ms. Trump could have a traditional Catholic burial."

One tweet asked, "If Ivana was cremated, what was in the coffin?" A different tweet included a picture of pallbearers carrying her casket and also claimed she had been cremated. We found no shortage of tweets that pushed this completely unsupported rumor that claimed she had been cremated.

"If Ivana was cremated, then what actually IS in her grave?," another user tweeted on July 31. "Anybody know the whereabouts of those 15 boxes of classified documents Trump stole?"

I’ve been a pall bearer perhaps 10-12 times, and only once did we actually have to do any lifting beyond transfers between the dolly and vehicle. He apparently hid docs in his bathroom, FFS. Do you think an intellect that vapid would cook up a scheme to put something scandalous in his ex-wife’s casket?
