American's should boycott golf

for the next year. Don't go to any tournaments including the majors. Tank the TV ratings I think this is one of the few times that the fans could affect this merger.

but I doubt many will because it's a rich person's sport where wealthy men who are too unfit to do anything else put on ugly pants and get together to make business deals. I'm all for turning all the golf courses into parks and let the richies take up pickleball but that won't happen.

Therefore, a boycott is irrelevant to those of us who never watch anyway.

None of us is surprised at rich asshats making themselves richer.

Perhaps your call to boycott would be better on a golf forum?

Let us know how that goes.

so a few mostly rich folks can recreate. Shut them down in drought ridden areas & build a couple of putt putt courses. I think putt putt is so much more fun than golf & you can play at night.

and herbicides, and they grow nothing but grass, which has shallow roots so it dies back in hot weather (requiring more water), doesn't produce flowers for pollinators, food, or shelter, and is basically useless. Turn them into parks, gardens and bird sanctuaries, let native plants grow, plant more trees, give food and shelter to the animals and birds and let the rich golfers play in Saudi Arabia. Golf courses are wastelands wherever they are.

one ought to learn golf because it enhanced your business opportunities, and I don't think I've ever been so bored. I dragged myself around in the hot sun for a couple of hours trying to figure out what the fucking point was supposed to be, told my friends they were welcome to torture themselves if that's how they wanted to suck up to clients, but I was outta there.

your post to say The PGA and tournaments instead of Golf in general.
People playing at the local Muni course are not supporting the Saudis.

The fact that so many are responding about golf in general shows your point is not clear.

Or you can reply with the exact same post to everyone that replies.

But since so many are posting about golf in general, I thought you may reappraise your post.

Believe me, I have had the same thing on some of my post. One up right now about Biden and his age was misread by some.
