Donald could have a lovely party. Might take some time to put it together, but he could be welcomed in grand style. And, don't think we can't find him in Russia. He may have to live underground, forever.

negligible. All he'd need to do would be to hop on a private plane, fly to a country near Florida, change planes, and fly to the USSR.

What security breach? The guy is under indictment for being an arch criminal, and he's flying unfettered through the states. Think they're going to shoot him down? He'll probably bug out to Saudi Arabia.
