This is perhaps the most important issue that The Indictment raises. I can't even imagine how our allies are handling this. On one hand, I have to believe that they've been aware of this--if not the exact details, at least the broad outline--for quite some time. On the other, the thought that they are just now learning about it is equally unsettling. Either way, a sacred trust has been severely violated--and in the most grotesque way: by the very 'tippy top' level of our government. It's just ... I can't even.
