"SNIP.......

“President Joe Biden and his top aides have taken a vow of silence on the federal indictment of his predecessor, Donald Trump — and have explicitly ordered the national Democratic Party and his reelection campaign to do the same,” Politico reports.

“That directive was issued in recent days after Trump was hit with federal charges for his handling of classified documents after he left the White House.”

To remain silent. Trump insists on running for president against him, and come primary time, this is fair game. Trump brings comments on himself.

was asked if she had any advice for President Biden about running against Trump this time, said that she thinks Biden should focus on his accomplishments and not get drawn into comments about the BS that Trump and his supporters spew out.

But, once the primaries are over, she said that other Dems should speak up about Trump and his cult.

which is understandable given that they don't want to give more ammunition to the gop claiming its political, somebody else has to do it.
Ceding the ground to the magats and letting them shape the message will lead to disastrous consequences.

We already know that over 76 % of the republican party think it's politically motivated largely because the republican rw messaging machine convinced them of such.

It worked with Bill Barr and the Mueller report. If we don't combat it , the same could happen with this.
