My wife gets quite upset when she sees stories of animal suffering even if it's 3000 miles away.

I'm always telling her, "Try to live in YOUR world because you have more control over it and it's easier to handle. No one is strong enough to take on all the misery and injustice in THE world"

Bottom line, try not to take too much political stuff personally.

I have always been a worrier, and the last 8 years have given me an overload of family/friend issues to worry about, let alone what happens in politics. I've lost 10 family members and 2 dear friends. One to Covid and one to a sudden, unexplained death. She was just 51.

I sometimes tell myself to just tune out and play with the kidcats.

It's had not to think she didn't say that.

One would think that if something like this is not hard not believe was said, that said person supposedly saing it was not fit for office.
But yet here we are. We have someone in a set of power that is known for saying stupid stuff so much that it's so easy to believe that they said something they allegedly didn't.

I say "allegedly " because I really do think there is a possibility of her saying something like this at some point in time.
