…HE turned selection of judges completely over to the Federalist Society - who gave him a list to choose from. And he orchestrated the resignation of Justice Kennedy - a very suspicious resignation, indeed. It was a dirty deal, to be sure.

So yea Shitler had a LOT to do with packing the courts - in tandem with The Federalist Society.

15. I give the "credit" for that to McConnell, too.

McConnell can't stand Trump, but I believe he played Trump like a violin to get the conservative judges he wanted appointed. I've always thought Mitch was in control of that whole process. Trump probably never even bothered to read the recommendations the Federalist Society sent over. We know how lazy he is, and that he's either functionally illiterate or just hates to read.

Sure, Trump signed off on everything, but that's about all he did.
