Does he have to win over new voters? Nope, voter suppression and new laws in this states could be enough.
The Electoral College sucks, so does the fact that every bum fuck red state gets 2 Senators, add in the fact that the Republicans have gerrymandered the shit out of those states for control and you have a horrible political system.
Trump being reelected would be the cherry on top for a non representative fascist government.
