Hunter Biden will plead guilty: Two federal tax misdemeanors and one charge tied to gun possession.

BREAKING: Hunter Biden's tax crimes are far less serious than Donald Trump or Paul Manafort's.

Hunter Biden, the son of President Joe Biden, will plead guilty to three federal charges, the Justice Department said Tuesday in a court filing.

The plea deal will have immediate reverberations in the 2024 presidential election.

Hunter Biden will plead guilty to two federal tax misdemeanors and one charge tied to gun possession, according to the filing in a federal court in Delaware. He will appear in court to plead guilty to the charges at a future date.

The diversion agreement for this felony charge (shown below) basically means that if Hunter stays out of trouble for a couple years, the charge goes away.

He made some mistakes, own up to them, get a plea with no jail time, and move on with life. Happens all the time.

This has NOTHING to do with Joe. All he can do is love his son as he faces the consequences for his actions.

Yes, the media will see to that!! Personally, I don't see how it could since Hunter is not a political figure any more than Billy Carter was, but ... TRUMP! OUTRAGEOUS!! TWITTER!!! BOTH SIDES!!!! FREAK SHOW!!! RATINGS!!!!111!!

The only immediate reverberations will be the whining of the MAGAts that the UNFAIR DEEP STATE didn't convict him of a hundred felonies and give him the death penalty, because obviously Hunter Biden is the most nefarious criminal ever to walk the earth.

who was alleged to have committed adultery?

"He who is without sin, cast the first stone."

The crowd of men dropped their stones and left. For Jesus said to the woman.."Your accusers have left. Your sins are forgiven. Go and sin no more."

Republicans who are HYPOCRITICAL, forget about that particular verse in the New Testament.

but one after another of the Repubs allegations all fell apart for lack of any evidence as it was revealed the sources were nonexistent, linked to Rudy Giuliani's past debunked false claims of wrongdoing and just fabricated to smear the Bidens.

Don't know any other reason DOJ took so long to resolve Hunter's simple minor case that was opened 5 years ago.

I'm sure this will lead Faux News for the next week. Still, if the RepubQcans had any actual evidence of anything we'd have seen them present it. All their admissions after the fact things may not even exist show they're BS. They would've been all over Faux, OAN and Newsmax, publicly airing EVERYTHING if the had ANYTHING. In reality they had NOTHING. Sad thing is the MAGATS won't care. Facts don't matter to the less educated.

Cooperate with an investigation and you will get some leniency, refuse to cooperate and you won't. If Trump cooperated, instead of refusing to on multiple occasions, he too could get a plea deal. Its not a two tier justice system (Well, in regards to this instance at least) in the way Republicans claim it is.
