Jan. 6 rioter who electroshocked Michael Fanone shouts 'Trump won' after receiving a 12.5 year

sentence

https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/justice-department/jan-6-rioter-electroshocked-dc-officer-michael-fanone-sentenced-125-ye-rcna89388

A Donald Trump supporter who drove a stun gun into the neck of a D.C. police officer who was abducted by the mob during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol shouted "Trump won" after being sentenced to 12.5 years in prison on Wednesday, multiple people present in the courtroom told NBC News.

Daniel "D.J." Rodriguez, a California man who traveled to D.C. with fellow Trump supporters who belonged to a Telegram group called the "PATRIOTS 45 MAGA Gang," pleaded guilty in February to felony conspiracy, obstruction of an official proceeding, tampering with documents or proceedings, and inflicting bodily injury on officers using a deadly or dangerous weapon.

"There will be blood," Rodriguez wrote in "MAGA Gang" Telegram chat on the night of Jan. 5, just hours before attending Trump's rally at the White House Ellipse. "Welcome to the revolution.”

Nearly succeeded. He gave him multiple heart attacks. Fuck that little fucking scumbag. Buy the ticket, take the ride. I hope he has a miserable time in jail. I hope the guards and prisoners make his life as miserable as humanly possible. He is a scummy little fuck who tried to kill a cop and showed no remorse.

From the CBS article:

""Life has always seemed unfair to me," Rodriguez said, speaking of inequality in the country before referring to himself as "an American supremacist." If allowed to go home, Rodriguez said, he would go back to "driving a forklift with my GED and living with my mom," claiming that he did not present a future threat."

So 40 years old with his GED living with his Mom. Of course he believes TFG blaming immigrants, gays, drag queens, transsexuals, democrats, for his failures in life. It's easier to blame someone else than it is to look in a mirror. Driving a forklift is an honorable job and hard work. Instead of being proud he believed he could've been more if it wasn't for everyone else.

Here is a link to the scumbags indictment if anyone is interested.

undramatically, and even destroyed, by callous political figures using populist techniques of grievance and victimization syndromes as a means to power. Those whose weaknesses are exploited are used like cannon fodder, reused by others, and left to eventually recover on their own as they get older -- if they can.

Operating a forklift IS an honorable job many people are able to take pride in. Our son did for a while after high school, though if I'd known he was learning moving cargo at the L.A. harbor rail line I would have had a heart attack.

In the first nine years after I left the Navy I’ve changed adult diapers in a nursing home, drove a semi OTR living in the truck, worked on an assembly line and a lot of other “low level” jobs. I’ve always been proud of a good days work. If you’re a garbage truck driver be the best one out there.

To be honest I’ve always been more proud of being blue collar than white collar. I sure worked a lot harder physically. After getting hurt driving and going to school I went into an office in hospital revenue cycle. When I had to retire I had two departments in a big health system to run. A nice office, great money, prestige. But I kept a couple model trucks on my shelf in my office (Werner & Mobil Gas) and a small Navy flag on my desk. When people would comment on them I’d always mention they were where I came from.

I couldn't work full time and after a while sitting home signed up for temporary, short-term, mostly white collar work for a flexible schedule. That took me into all kinds of projects, industries and places, types of organizations, I'd never have been inside. Some of the assignments were awful, and at one place I had the humbling experience of finding I was completely unable to produce even average speed at opening envelopes and stapling them to their papers (I seriously couldn't believe it was possible to fail at that!), but mostly I wouldn't have missed it.
