In my opinion, Jack Smith and prosecutors believe the January 6th investigation is most important.
And that the MAL documents case is complicated and time-consuming with its top secret security and its complexities.
And they have decided to focus primarily on the crimes of January 6th over the others at this time.
They must use their time wisely and the insurrection is now at the top of their agenda.
There are just too many crimes and criminals to keep track.
