Mine is showing up as a red line line completely surrounded Moscow.

Putin has left Moscow and tried to go to but was refused.
Luckashenko (leader of Belarus since 1994) is also leaving and trying to flee.

I'm not an expert, but my Russian friends often complain about the traffic surrounding Moscow.

3. Russians are reporting traffic for others to follow the Wagner troops as it happens.

Loads of roadblocks for the tanks/trucks to pass.

7. What I see is traffic flowing normally on the M2 and M4 coming from the south...

With delays on the Outer Ring Road and on the Inner as well. I don't know enough to know what that may mean. Supposedly Putin's plane left for St. Petersburg not too long ago but I can't imagine he's on it.
