Putin has left Moscow and tried to go to but was refused.
Luckashenko (leader of Belarus since 1994) is also leaving and trying to flee.

(8,063 posts)With delays on the Outer Ring Road and on the Inner as well. I don't know enough to know what that may mean. Supposedly Putin's plane left for St. Petersburg not too long ago but I can't imagine he's on it.
