What are the 'offline' bastions for Democratic organizing in 2023?

This (somewhat alarmist) story about solar storms (https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/technology/is-the-internet-apocalypse-nigh-breaking-down-the-solar-storm-science/ar-AA1d9fZQ) and how they could potentially knock out the internet got me thinking a bit about how so much political organization and discourse has migrated online in the past couple of decades.

That, in turn, got me wondering how we would regroup and remain active and viligant against our political adversaries. Traditionally, the church and the union hall would serve as headquarters and wellsprings of activism, but fewer Americans (especially on the Left) are attending church—and unions reached their lowest membership rate on record in 2022.

So, simply put, if a Carrington Event-level solar storm, or perhaps even something more manmade and insidious, brought down the internet, where would you turn to for political camaraderie and organization?

I would presume you have an address saved somewhere, as there would be no path for the uninitiated to easily find that info offline, as a lot of folks no longer have phone books.

Public libraries would take on a much greater value as a meeting place and info source.
