This is from my twitter friend "Pee Tape" who has sleuthed out many photos related to the documents Trump has shuffled here and there.

This woman is taking a picture of Trump and his desk. Note that someone has blotted out the covers of items on the desk. We are told that the "Bikers for Trump" guy did the blotting of the documents and evidently the photo of her in the mirror.
