Biden just paused a few beats when reporter asked "is this a rogue court?"

( Editing) He ultimately said, “This is not a normal court,” but he had to think about it.

And I agree wholeheartedly. Review the question and answer starting at 21:30. Recommend watching the entirety of his remarks.

3. He wouldn't have been asked that if Hillary had won in 2016.

We’d still have reproductive rights for women and we would also have affirmative action for college admissions if Hillary had won.

6. It's amazing how a tiny percentage of votes can create such drastic results

If a small percentage of Democratic voters wouldn't have refused to vote for Hillary, or not have voted for Jill Stein, there would never have been four years of Donald Trump and the lasting effects of his presidency.

If only a thousand Democratic voters in Florida would have voted for Al Gore instead of Ralph Nader, we wouldn't have gone through eights years of GW Bush and the wars he got us into.

If one-tenth of one percent of the voters who didn't vote in 1968 would have voted for Hubert Humphrey, we wouldn't have had Richard Nixon and the whole Watergate fiasco.

I'm sure there are other examples, but these are three that come to mind.

…marginal Dems to sternly vote their principals, make a protest vote, reject the status quo, believe the worst of conserva-Dems, believe that both parties are equally corrupt, won’t vote for anyone but their personal hero in the General Election …

It’s at the margins and the edges that presidential elections are won and lost — the Electoral College ensures that. The GOP knows that, and the Russians who get involved most assuredly know. The photo of Jill Stein having dinner with Putin was a shocker to political junkies like us, but she garnered just enough votes at the margins to throw the election to Trump. I wonder where RFK Jr is going to pick up his small number of votes?

He would have caught heat, but I wouldn't mind if he had said, "Yeah, they are rogue, this is an extremist court that has a few members more concerned with doing what the Republican Party orders them to do than what the law says. It's clearly an activist court with political bosses who are taking away your rights because the Republican Party told them to."

I respect him for maintaining his demeanor but I agree that the time has come to drive home more potent messaging … Faux ‘news’ and republican rhetoric volume is at a perpetual 10 and we are at, what, 5?

The stolen SCOTUS seats have hurt but will also help more Dems get elected.
