I have to wonder how the complainants in the affirmative action case

Believed it will actually help them to have it over turned.

I can see it actually hurting them. Hell the white guys in control of it all now have permission to just exclude anyone for any reason. I would have assumed that Asian people also benefited from affirmative action.

"The White guys in charge" at Harvard weren't the ones trying to overturn affirmative action. The complainant presumably think they'll have better admissions chances based solely on academics and backgrounds.

To have faith in these institutions that they will not discriminate in ways that cannot be measured now, may see less of them gaining entrance.

There are only so many spots available.

Now they have nothing to fall back on. The protection for many is gone. And they may even see LESS Asians being admitted.

It was benefited by other Asians getting in due to affirmative action.

You saying that never happened?

Now those ones might not even get in. Racism in this country is on the rise and has always existed in this nation. Including Asian Americans. Including women. Including black people. Including Hispanic people. Including native Americans. And so on so on.

... education equality in America to this very day.

In the decisions I don't see this being argued by the defendants of AA, I see this as an opportunity missed

Asians are more affected now that it was when school neighborhoods were established in the 50s

I wish those who argued in front of the SC would make the judges address this very issue.
