Notice should be required on all advertisements, websites, and physical places of business.

(3,720 posts)But I'm certain it would run afoul of the First Amendment. Right wingers love the fact that the 1st Amendment disallows the government from forcing you to say something in addition to disallowing the government from suppressing you from saying something.
In a prior post, I suggested that those of us opposed to discrimination post our own notices on behalf of these businesses by walking an occasional picket sign across their front door, posting on Yelp and Google reviews and even taking out classified ads in newspapers and on Craig's list stating the discrimination. You know, just to help them out!

This hasnt been adjudicated so lets see where it goes.
