You can refuse service to anyone not wearing a tie if you want. There are plenty of places which require a jacket.

The general low level of understanding of discrimination law is kind of surprising, but political orientation is not a protected class.

A private business can refuse service to anyone for any reason, as long as it is not a prohibited reason.

“People who wear MAGA hats” has never been a protected class.
