The right to vote is the “essence of a democratic society.” Reynolds v. Sims, 377 U.S. 533, 555 (1964). Respondent’s frivolous lawsuit attempted unjustifiably and without precedent to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvania voters, and ultimately sought to undermine the results of the 2020 presidential election. He claimed massive election fraud but had no evidence of it. By prosecuting that destructive case Mr. Giuliani, a sworn officer of the Court, forfeited his right to practice law. He should be disbarred.

BREAKING: MAGA world screeches bloody murder as a Washington D.C. Bar hearing committee recommends disbarring Rudy Giuliani over his "frivolous" and possibly illegal claims of voter fraud in the 2020 election.

The official report from the committee is incredibly damning...

According to the committee, Giuliani "violated" the law because he filed his election lawsuits with allegations that "had no factual basis" and "no legitimate legal grounds." They further alleged that he "seriously undermined the administration of justice."

Not done there, the committee stated that Giuliani betrayed the idea that the "right to vote" is the "essence of a democratic society." He tried to "disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvania voters" and "ultimately sought to undermine the results of the 2020 presidential election."

"By prosecuting that destructive case Mr. Giuliani, a sworn officer of the Court, forfeited his right to practice law. He should be disbarred," the committee stated bluntly.

This is one of the strongest condemnations of Giuliani's actions to date and utterly destroys the narrative that the election was stolen — an insane lie that the entire MAGA movement is still clinging onto.

This is black and white. Giuliani must never be allowed to practice law again. He is a criminal and a fascist collaborator.
