Some Rules for Happiness:

1. Whenever you can, make someone else happy.
2. Be willing to forgive yourself.
3. Do not speak ill of others.
4. Accept those who are different than yourself.
5. Know when you break one of these rules you get a free do over.

PLEASE feel free to add all the things I missed in this list.

And no. I'm not dosing.

Less tersely:

Worry about things you can change. Accept things you can't change. Seek the wisdom to tell the two apart and which is which.

Breathe out. Let it go.
Each inhale is a chance to notice

“Instructions for living a life.
Pay attention.
Be astonished.
Tell about it.”

I am not sure posting these on a political discussion site will work out well.

mistake the words for the things. Religion teaches us who to love and who to hate. That's why I don't buy into religion, but find it so interesting to watch others fascination with it. As a Humanist, I always put humans above gods.
