Did anyone else

see Jon Meacham on Morning Joe today give - what I thought was - a word salad that was so convoluted I could not follow it. He often does this and I wonder why he can't speak in plain English. I really like him and know that he is a super intelligent historian but well, is it just me?

I like his history schtick but never forget he was all in for the bushies. Therefore he has to weigh his words carefully.

to me, as if he had a difficult time giving President Biden any credit for his actions about the president's decision not to recommend Ukraine for entrance into NATO now.

smiles and seems to get off track from the question that is posed to him by the hosts. I might go back to find his comments online to see if I can understand them. Maybe it was "way too early" LOL
