That's so sad to hear

I remember as a child, we would follow Pete the mailman on his rounds. He was a friendly fellow and all the kids loved him. Fortunately where I live we still have a mailman who walks from house to house. We're not rural, so that may be the difference.

The world is changing, and not necessarily in a good way. Human contact is diminishing.
