(6,648 posts)Put another way: memes are a tactic. And we should use every tactic available. You personally may be unmoved. But many are. Memes go viral many times before policy. Like advertising jingles they are contagious. Which makes them effective.

Im sure advertising/marketing pros have a lot to say about the power of memes and influencers. They are driving our economy so why not take advantage and help ourselves?
