As if Fentanyl wasn't enough, people who pass out because of it

in some States get deep burns by the heat in the pavement. This is crazy. People need to be warned. Stay inside, stay hydrated, travel in pairs CNN and I would add shoot up or smoke up on grass.

That's a great question, why ARE you having trouble caring about people who are too addicted WhiskeyGrinder Jul 2023 #3
Some of the addicts are former construction workers who got pain medication applegrove Jul 2023 #6

stupid enough to take fentanyl and then pass out when they are out in the extreme heat so many of us are experiencing? For Chrissake, at least stay inside if you're going to do stupid drugs.

for on the job soreness from a doctor. They then descended into addiction. Everyone has a story. Nobody aspires to be addicted.

Thanks for pointing that out

Given that Drs now will only prescribe a few pills for pain, many people, from many walks of life, seek alternative relief

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. I've known 2 decent guys, 20 years younger than myself, who have died in the last 6 weeks over this shit. Just this afternoon there was a middle aged man passed out at the main stop light in town ( pop 4k +/- ). I'm guessing the sight of 4 semi toothless white mountain men trying to get him out of his car after 4 light changes probably scared the brother sober for at least a mile...). Its bad folks. If you smoke, grow your own if you can. if you drink, do it in moderation. if you snort or shoot or... your dead. if not now, soon.
Love your life!

are at risk anytime there are emergency conditions.

There are going to be climate change deaths. We can do what we can to prevent it.
Try to take steps to protect those on the margins.

But climate change may hit some harder than others.
