OVERNIGHT: A federal judge (appointed by Donald Trump) dismissed Trump’s lawsuit claiming CNN defamed him by using the phrase “The Big Lie,” which Trump says implicitly compares him to Hitler.

Lawsuit dismissed *with* prejudice.

With prejudice means it goes no further and without prejudice allows it to be brought to another court. I think that's what it means, but I don't think I would bet on it.

meaning, the court isn't going to take kindly to it.
