Watched once, years ago. He was talking to Laffer, of the Laffer Curve. Laffer explained we just had to wait a while for the tax cuts for the rich would fix our economy. Smerconish did not bother to ask Laffer how much longer it would take for trickle-down to pay for the debt accrued during the Reagan administration. Have not watched that dufus' show since.
