These people are the sorest fucking losers I have ever seen!

Nine Republican members of the Wisconsin Legislature say they would back a bill to arrest any federal officials who attempt to implement President Obama's signature health care law in the state.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports that the nine state lawmakers told the Tea Party-aligned Campaign For Liberty that they support authorizing "state and local law enforcement to arrest federal officials attempting to implement the unconstitutional health scheme known as Obamacare."

One of the nine lawmakers backing Campaign for Liberty's proposal is state representative Chris Kapenga (R-Delafield), who told the Journal Sentinel that he believes the health care law is unconstitutional.

"Just because Obama was reelected does not mean he's above the constitution," he said.

Between the idiotic petitions and now this, they are nothing more than temper tantrum throwing brats who didn't get their way. They are just pathetic.

In the reality-based community, the answer is "the constitution", but in the rightwingoverse, that's considered a rhetorical question. Wingnuts bang on endlessly about the constitution, but they don't actually know anything about it. The response over at Freak Republic after the Supreme Court decision was "How do we appeal this?"

Might just send them to the line with the rest of the goats... Or in the hot place with William Hickman and Ayn Rand...

If the baggers claim God as their authority, they need to shut up about the Constitution since there's no Bible verse about it or America..

And since they claim to live by the Bible, they may die by the same judgements... Just sayin'

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Little_Rock_Nine

On September 24, the President ordered the 101st Airborne Division of the United States Army to Little Rock and federalized the entire 10,000 member Arkansas National Guard

You also might want to read up on Posse Comitatus:

Contrary to popular belief, the Act does not prohibit members of the Army from exercising state law enforcement, police, or peace officer powers that maintain "law and order"; it simply requires that any authority to do so must exist with the United States Constitution or Act of Congress. In this way, most use of the Army and the Air Force at the direction of the President does not offend the statute, even though it may be problematic for political reasons.
