Is the DOJ in possession of the surveillance tapes from Mar-a-Lago?

Did any of them get deleted or destroyed?

What have they discovered on the tapes?

My assumption is that they also have sound recordings of the Trump aides.

Of course, a conspiracy does not require that an act be successful. If they simply discussed deleting the videos, then that is part of a conspiracy.

How much evidence is on the videos and recordings?

Or some of them took sound recordings via their phones?

We have the sound recording of Trump waving around the Iran war plan.
Is there more?

I don't know. But I have the feeling Jack Smith is not bluffing.
I think he has the goods.

nothing about it. Unless the person that he gave the direction to comes forward, it will be hard to disprove that, and then it will be Trump's word against the lowly employee. Trump is an experienced mobster.

That's how they found out Nauta and De Oliveira had moved boxes of documents to keep them from being discovered per the search warrant. Read the superseding indictment: https://www.justice.gov/storage/US-v-Trump-Nauta-De-Oliveira-23-80101.pdf
