…in a Transylvanian accent.

Why do I hear a clap of thunder when they do that?

Just kidding — on DU as on Sesame Street we all have a part to play.

Jul 2023

had nothing to do with indictments, it had to do with DOJ failing to investigate Trump and his inner circle. Many here tried to silence me, but in the end, I have been proven right. Indictments are coming, I have no doubt, but if DOJ had investigated sooner Trump could have been in a courtroom right now.

Trump only had one strategy from the beginning, DELAY, and it was working up until Garland appointed Jack Smith.

Jack Smith understands the importance of time. When he issued the recent superseding indictments many people here fell for the right wing narrative that those new indictments would push the trial past the election, I say bull. Even Ty Cobb, Trump's White House counsel stated last week that the new indictments should be handled in 1 week.

Patience is what Trump wants, push everything back until he wins the nomination which could happen this March.

The MSM will have a field day yapping about how Democrats are involved in election interference, a bogus narrative, but it's all that Trump has. Trump has a lot of time to taint the jury pool, he needs 1 Magat juror to give him a hung jury.

Time Matters.

I'm not sure I'd characterize that as virtuous patience, however.
